Develops the 'town

house' type to improve

the internal

environment and ease

flexibility in the

subdivision and use of

space. The

accommodation is

arranged on split

levels around an

'atrium' space,

bringing light and

fresh air to the centre of the house, and facilitating mixed-use and

multi-occupancy options.

A series of steel portal frames allows extensive openings to the

internal courtyard. The portals are infilled with light steel frame

panels and floor cassettes. Bathrooms are standard modules,

prefabricated and craned into position on site.
